A Bristol, Tennessee, man might want to hire a decorator. Daniel Cross is charged with decorating his house with stolen traffic signs. Police saw street signs nailed to the wall when responding to a domestic incident. Authorities said Cross had 30 stolen signs, two traffic barrels and a couple of traffic cones. Cross says the signs were a gift from a friend.
